In un post su Google+ volto a dar vita più a speculazioni che ad altro, Artem Russakovskii di Android Police riporta che “Nexus Protect” farà presto capolino sul Google Store.
Questa la parte “importante” del post:
“Nexus Protect” is coming to the Google Store. I wonder if it’ll be launched with the new Nexuses, but the details are murky right now. I think it’s a protection plan.

Ma cos’è Nexus Protect? Come dice Russakovskii potrebbe essere un piano di protezione, in maniera simile all’AppleCare+ di Apple, che potrebbe anche risparmiare a sbadati possessori di Nexus una costosa riparazione in caso di danni accidentali. Vedremo se nei prossimi giorni, o il 29 settembre, ne sapremo di più.
